Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited) for your IT service needs. We are committed to delivering the highest quality services, including website development, application development, and digital marketing. Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing any services from us.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any fees or payments made for our services, including but not limited to website development, application development, digital marketing, and any other IT services.

Service Commitment

• Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited) is dedicated to providing professional and quality services. We commit to working closely with our clients to meet their expectations as detailed in the service agreement.
• We encourage clients to thoroughly review project proposals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure that the services align with their expectations before making a purchase.

Web Design and Web Development

Payments for design and/or development projects are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited), and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Other Digital Marketing Services

Payments for Search Engine Optimization, PPC, Social Media Management, Content and other digital marketing services are nonrefundable, and Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited) does not issue pro rata refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All setup fees are nonrefundable as they are applied to costs immediately incurred by Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited) in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited) and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

Website Hosting

Payments for web hosting are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are set up at the time of order and are allotted a specific amount of server resources, according to the plan purchased. If you do not use the account, payment for hosting services is still due. Hosting accounts are not canceled until notice is received from the client in writing, or until 30 days after the due date of payment not received.

Disputes

• Any disputes arising from the services provided by Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited) must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the delivery of the service.
• We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, but this does not entitle the client to a refund.

Under Any Circumstances

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies to all services provided by Vyapar Kranti (A Unit of Prathma Inopex Private Limited) , including but not limited to initial consultations, project development, digital marketing campaigns, and any other IT-related services. We are committed to clear communication and transparency, and our team is always available to address any concerns or questions you may have before initiating a project. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this non-refundable policy.
